Hello dear visitor, welcome!

Here you can find out how Agastya Maharishi and the 19 Siddhas came into my life and how they have deeply touched and changed my life in recent years.

My outer Journey

My name is Stephanie Bunk. I was born in 1982 in the small half-timbered house town of Höxter in North Rhine-Westphalia. After finishing school, I studied psychology and worked for four years as a psychologist for Caritas as a family and life counselor in the Allgäu region. As a sideline, I trained as a yoga teacher for two years. I have been teaching yoga classes for adults and children in group and individual sessions since 2010.

Since December 2015, I have also been working as a lecturer at the European Academy for Ayurveda in Birstein. I helped set up the meditation teacher training course there and am also increasingly teaching seminars on psychology and Ayurveda. I completed a 3-year training course at the academy to become a psychological Ayurveda therapist. In addition, after two years of training, I have been a yoga therapist since September 2020 and also accompany people with physical complaints. I have been studying Ayurvedic medicine and Vedic astrology since 2019. I also lead meditation retreats lasting several days and love my creative work as an author, painter and musician.

All the experiences on my path have led to the fact that my work combines all my knowledge from the fields of yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, psychotherapy, personal development and healing into a holistic approach to healing. You can find out more about my healing work here. I look forward to getting to know you and to accompanying and inspiring you on your heart's journey.

My inner Journey

Until 2011, I led a normal life. I had a great job and was in a long-term relationship. Although everything in my life was fine on the outside, I knew deep down that something else was waiting for me on my path. Before that time, I had already walked an important part of my spiritual path. I became a yoga teacher and meditated for many years in the tradition of Vipassana, which allowed me to explore consciousness on deeper levels and laid important foundations for my spiritual path and opened me up to what was to come later in my life.

In 2011, I received a strong inner call from my heart that could not be ignored. I knew then that a life cycle was coming to an end and that it was important for me and my future path to follow this call. In the time that followed, I let go of everything and went to Mexico for a year. There, the voice of my heart unfolded the path step by step. During my time in Mexico, I was able to learn a lot from the ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions, among other things. The deep learning experiences I had during this intensive time were of great importance for my future path. At this time, I began to perceive a higher presence in my meditation, which still frightened me at the time. I didn't understand what was happening in my life. The magical and incomprehensible experiences that I was allowed to have during this time felt like an orchestra that was perfectly tuned to each other. However, I would only understand the larger context of my experiences a year later, when I went back to India for another six months.

After an incisive encounter with Sriraman at Lake Constance in a lecture, I went to India after a deep and difficult decision-making process. It was there that I began to receive the first messages from Agastya Maharishi from the Jiva Nadi. I received the order to travel to many Indian temples and guidance for inner work, which led to me spending many days in retreat to do my spiritual practice there. In October 2013, I received a message from them that they wished to be my spiritual teachers. I accepted them as my teachers without knowing who they were at the time. I just felt it in my heart. The inner guidance that I had already perceived in Mexico had not been my imagination.

They have been by my side since October 2013 and my path has been under their close guidance. In the years that followed, I was allowed to carry out various spiritual works for the spiritual world and received various blessings. I have been guided by them to various spiritual places with different tasks, have written my first book in harmony with them and am currently writing my second. I have also received the blessing of initiating people into Maha Poorna Atma Yoga. Three years ago, they blessed me in a 10-day meditation retreat with a special Shiva meditation to initiate people into in order to accelerate their spiritual development.

In January 2014, after returning from India, I opened the Yoga and Siddha Center in Markdorf in May 2014.

On November 19, 2019, following a message from the Palm Leaf Libraries (Jiva Nadi), I embarked on a 2.5-month journey through Europe. During this deep time full of intense experiences, which still move me deeply today, the impulse for another book arose to share the experiences with people. After my first trip, I received the message from them that the first trip would be followed by another and that I would only be able to finish writing my book after that. Writing this book is one of my current projects.
